Where can I find the results from the PHQ?
Each department gets sent their own password protected one drive link that is named after their department. This link can be accessed at anytime and never changes so all results will be added here. The results will remain on the link indefinitely.
How do I know what my password is to the one drive link?
When we first sent you the link, we sent you two separate emails. One has the link and the other email contained the password. The password is the original password that we emailed you.
When can I expect the results?
The results will be added to your password protected one drive link 7 days after we receive the testing materials in the mail. Please note that we do not always receive the candidates testing materials on the same day the candidates test. Please allow a 1-3 day window of delivery.
Where can candidates fill out the PHQ?
The PHQ is located on our website under “KLEC Suitability Screening PHQ”.
How do I know if my PHQ was submitted?
After you submit your PHQ on our website, Adobe will send you an email asking you to confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email, Adobe will send both us and you a copy of your PHQ.
Do the candidates have to bring the PHQ with them on their testing date?
It is recommended that they bring the PHQ with them but it is not required.
Do you provide the results from the Polygraph?
We do not provide the results from your applicant’s polygraph. To receive those results, please contact KLEC.
When do we need to reach out to you?
We only need to be notified of who the point of contact to receive the results is for your department the first time you send someone for testing or if the point of contact has changed. We can be reached at office@kycswcenter,com.
